1. Cancellation Before Filing
If you cancel your order before we submit your formation documents to the government, you will receive a full refund of our service fees within 5-7 business days. Government filing fees are non-refundable once submitted.
2. Filing Rejected by Government
- If your filing is rejected due to our error, we will refile at no additional cost
- If a refund is requested in this case, only government fees will be refunded
- Processing fees for re-filing are non-refundable
3. Service Not As Described
If the service you receive is not as described on our website, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a partial/full refund based on the circumstances.
4. Processing Time
- Refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear
- Bank transfers may take additional processing time
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Government filing fees (already submitted to the state/country)
- Expedited processing fees (once processing has begun)
- Registered agent fees (for periods already active)
- Document preparation fees (for completed work)
- Services where final documents have been delivered
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include the reason for the refund request
- Provide any relevant documentation
- Wait for our confirmation (within 2 business days)
7. Partial Refunds
In cases where only partial services were rendered, partial refunds may be issued based on the work completed. This is determined on a case-by-case basis.
